Photography style guide

What to wear

Neutral earth tones!

1. What color palette goes with my style of photography?

As your photographer, it’s my job to assist you in the best way possible in making your dream photos come to life. One of the main things that I strongly suggest is that you stick to neutral earth tones. My editing style is naturally warm and moody, so when you wear the opposite like (neon colors) for example, it can look un pleasing to the eye.

Where are you taking your photos?

2. Take into consideration the location you’re choosing.

Plan your outfit based on your location. For example, if you’re going to a green open field like the one demonstrated, don’t wear a green outfit. Wear something that will make you stand out from the background. Another example, if you’re going to a garden, stray away from wearing floral patterns so you won’t blend in.

Compliment eachother,

3. Don’t match with everyone in your party

Instead of wearing the same color as everyone in your party, wear colors that compliment one another. Also, stray away from more than one person wearing a pattern.

Most importantly…

Be comfortable in what you are wearing. If you are uncomfortable it will show through your photos.
